We've Made a Change to Our International Shipping Policy!
Thank you for your continued support and business as we navigate COVID-19 and this time of uncertainty together. You are receiving this email because you placed an order on Partzilla.com that shipped to an International destination within the last nine months.
After much consideration we've decided, as of 4/28/20 at 12:00pm EST, we will temporarily not be accepting any new International orders. We greatly value all of our Partzilla customers. This was a very hard decision, but we believe the right thing to do in light of current circumstances.
IF YOU HAVE AN ORDER PROCESSING
International orders processed before 4/28/20 at 12:00pm EST will continue processing and will not be canceled unless we are not able to deliver the item due to external circumstances beyond our control. Deliverability of the item will be dependent on real-time carrier policies.
WHY CAN'T I PLACE AN INTERNATIONAL ORDER?
Recently USPS announced they will not be delivering to 112 countries, and while UPS is still accepting shipments, they continue to experience significant International delays. Due to these carrier delays, we have seen many International deliveries lost, and many more take six weeks or longer to arrive. We aim to provide superior customer satisfaction, and we don't want to set anyone up to experience an extensive delay, or the potential for items to be undeliverable.
WHEN WILL INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING RESUME?
This policy change is temporary and will be lifted once USPS and UPS International deliverability becomes more stable. It is our hope this will be a short pause. We're looking forward to resuming International shipping as quickly as possible.

We will contact you via email once we start to accept new International orders again. No action is required. If you'd like to speak to a Partzilla customer care representative, please note that we're experiencing an unusually high volume of calls and emails. Wait times may be longer than usual due to the COVID-19 pandemic and external carrier delays.
We sincerely appreciate every one of our Partzilla customers and we are very sorry for any inconvenience this temporary policy change may cause you. Thank you for your patience and understanding.
